■ Q: Can I reserve a rental car by phone?

A: Yes, you can make a reservation by phone. However, we recommend online booking because this way, you can confirm the reservation date and time, the fare and other details. Also, online booking saves you 500 yen from the standard plan.

■ Q: The line is busy. What time should I call your company?

A: We are very sorry to have kept you waiting. We are arranging staff members,  but the peak hours (08:30 - 10:00AM, 05:00 - 06:00PM) tend to be busy. We would appreciate it if you could book online.

■ Q: How can I check online whether you have a vacant car on the date of my stay in Okinawa?

A: Our reservation system checks available cars and sends you an email  in an instant. You can complete the reservation after receiving this mail.

■ Q: Do I have to pay for collision damage waiver fee?

A: Our company insures all our rental cars to cover passenger and vehicle damage. Yet, our customers  are responsible for the deductible 50,000 yen if they get into an accident at the provision of the insurance company.
The collision damage waiver fee covers this deductible. Our company suggests all customers to pay the collision damage waiver fee. We especially require that  the collision damage waiver fee is paid for customers choosing bargain plans.

■ Q: I have not received a confirmation email after making a reservation...

A: When you make the reservation online, a confirmation email should be sent to you automatically. If you don't receive the email within an hour, please call our reservation center. Your email address might have been mistyped or our reservation system maybe having a problem.

■ Q: What should I do if I can't return the car on time?

1. Extend hours
A: Please contact us before the car is due. If you can return it within our office hours on the same day (8:00am-8:00pm), no additional fee will not be required if you make a call in advance.. Once it is past our office hours, an additional fee (1,050 yen per hour) will be required.

2. Extend days
A: The additional fee for all plans (3,000 yen per day) in addition to the collision damage waiver fee will be required to extend the returning date. Please contact us by all means before the originallyreturning date if you want to extend your returning date.  If we don’t have any contact, we may have to call the police.

■ Q: Can you arrange a rental car if my arrival to Okinawa is before, or my departure from Okinawa is after, the office hours?

A: For all cases of the standard plan, the additional fee before or after the office hours will not be charged.
As for the other plans, the additional fee (1,050 yen per way) is required before or after the office hours.

■ Q: Should the representative of reservation be the driver?

A: Yes, the driver is preferred as the representative of reservation. Otherwise, it will take time to rewrite the file at the site.

■Q: Do you have free transportation to your office?

A: Yes, we have free courtesy buses between our offices and airports. Please find our bus stop in front of the airport.

■ Q: Can I return a rental car at a hotel, an airport or a sea port?

A: We ask departing or returning of the car at our office.

■ Q: Do your rental cars have a run limited?

A: No, our rental cars don't have a run limited or any additional fee depending on the distance.

■ Q: Can I use a credit card?

A: VISA and MASTER credit card are honored here.

■ Q: Do you expect an additional fee for GPS ?

A: No, GPS is free. All cars install GPS.

■ Q: I would like know about the audio system。

A: All class cars have a CD deck.
