*1 Any violation of the laws or the auto rental agreement excludes the benefit from the compensation systems and CDW.

*2 When the renter causes two accidents and more in one renting, the renter's expense will increases. Any violation of the laws or the auto rental agreement excludes the benefit from the compensation systems and CDW. In case the accident exceeds our compensation system, the renter have to pay the amount that is over the compensation limit in a lump.
These car repair or replacement costs are not covered by the insurance or the collision damage waiver and have to be paid by the renter.

1. costs incurred to repair a flat tire or a burst tire
2. costs incurred to repair or replace tire wheels or hub caps
3. costs incurred to repair or replace an interior equipment
4. costs incurred to repair a crack in the window by a steeping stone

* No compensation is payable for the following cases:

- An accident that is not reported immediately to the local police (this includes an unauthorized settlement of an accident)
- An accident that is not reported immediately to the rental location
- The case that is not obtained the consent of the Company beforehand when making a settlement or coming to an agreement with a third party concerning the accident
- A hit-and-run case or an accident during an unauthorized extension of your rental period
- An accident caused by a driver unauthorized by the rental car company
- An accident caused while the seat belts are unfastened
- An accident caused under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- An accident caused by an unlicensed driver
- Vehicle damage caused by theft
- An accident caused by over capacity driving
- When you drive beside on the roadway such as on the coast, the river area or the forest
- Costs of damage of body or repairing the defect of corrosion caused by very bad use
- When using the rental car for various test and games or to pull and to back up another car
- A vehicle damage accident bwtween our rent-a-car and a vehicle which is owned, used, or managed by the renter
- A trouble by renter's operation error
- When you damage our rent-a-car or the signboard in the store
- A damage of a car interior equipment
- Scratch by an equipment such as a tire chain or a ski carry
- Repair or replace a tire, or loss of hub caps
- When using the rental car under any violation of the auto rental agreement
- An accident that corresponds to exemption matters of other policy conditions
- A vehicle damage accident caused by an inattentive management

Accidents beyond the coverage of CDW

In case of an accident caused by violation of these important traffic rules, the deductible is required even though the renter paid CDW.

- An accident caused by crossing a center line in No passing zone
- An accident caused by negrected a traffic light
- An accident caused by negrected a stop sign
- An accident caused by negrected a sign such as No right turn, No U-turn or No entry
- An accident caused viciously or intentionally
